All members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in good standing who reside in the North Atlantic Region are welcome to register for email alerts and special content accessible via the Members-Only Section of this website.
NO. Registration on the Members Only of this site is separate from the Online Conference Registration system. For assistance registering for Conferences online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a verified, financially-active registered member of the site you'll have access to:
Yes. Inactive and Visiting Sorors may also register for the Members Only section for access to:
• Chapter Profiles
• Email communications from the Regional Director
To log into the Members Only section for the first time, click the button Members Only Section Sign Up at left, then complete and submit the profile form. Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email stating that your membership on the site is pending verification. Once your Sorority membership status is verified, you will receive a second email notification that your membership on the North Atlantic Region website has been approved. Please note that the verification and approval process may take several days to complete. Once your membership is approved, you may log back in and update your profile as you wish.
Once your membership on the North Atlantic Region website is approved, the Members Only section button will appear toward the top of any page on the menu bar. Click it to access the specialized content.
If you are a Chapter President or Graduate Advisor and have been tagged for access to those sections, they will also appear toward the bottom of the left hand menu bar.
If you are already a registered member of the Members Only section, click the Forgot Password link on the upper right corner (see bleow) and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
Please note, the email and password used to access the Members Only section is selected by you the first time you register for access. By contrast, the event registration system automatically uses the email address and password on file with Corporate Office and used to log into www.aka1908.org. As such, the email and passwords used to access the two sites may be different.
